1) Before the order is confirmed, we would check all the materials and the leather swatches, they should be the

6) After the delivery, we will keep track of the bed quality and try our best to help the clients when problems happen.
 

Packaging & Delivery

1. Flat Packing: each panel will be scanned before packing, and could be tracked by the system
2. Assembled Packing: the carcass, hinges, and doors are assembled properly, then it will be packed with well-protected foam, corner protector, and paper
3. Shipping: both bulk shipping and container shipping are available
4. Bulk Shipping: are the products could put in the wood case so they won't be missed when shipped and separated
