1.Good quality raw material of the board use for coffee table : High density particle board or MDF ,which have the character anti-water ,anti-dirty ,anti-scratch , easy to clean and keep fresh color),desk top and side leg thickness are 25mm or 50mm thickness ,laminated with 2mm thickness PVC edges
2.Durable hardware for the coffee tables :The hardware we used is famous brand, without noise, strong and durable. We will give you more standby.

A3:More than 30 colors. We will provide you with the color card , pls choose your favorite from it.
Q4.How long is our production leading time?
A4:within 15-20 days upon receive deposit in normal season, and 25-30days in our busy time(August,September,October).
Q5.What is the payment term?
Q5:T/T or L/C at sight. 30% deposit for start the production ,the balance before the shipment when goods are ready .
Q6.What is the packing details?
A6:Knock down packing with the carton boxes ,and inside with the pear cotton for protection. Glass parts are packed with wooden frame outsides to protect the items.
Q7. What support you will have to assemble this furniture?
A7: Inside each packing of the office furniture products ,we have put the exactly instruction book ,you can assemble the office furniture very easy .
Q8.What kind of documents we will provide to you?
A8:B/L,Commercial Invoice, Packing List,Certificate of Original. with these documents you or your borker can do the customs declaration at your side.
Q9. During shipping, if there is a damage to products, how do you get replacement?
A9: During shipping,our shipping angancy will try to ensure the safety of the goods.If there is a damage to products, they would be responsible for the damage .If it is not a very serious problems,we will help you and compensate you the damaged parts.
Q10. If there are any missing parts in our shipment, how long it takes for you to send?
A10: If there is some small missing components,we will DHL to you ASAP within one week.
